I love Jane.com! So many cute and unique items, and great gifts. Only downfall is shipping takes a while so I never order anything that I want quickly lol but theyre worth the wait :)

So so very happy with the app! If I could change anything, I would find a way to see if someone is ordering multiple things at a time from a specific store, combine the cart, then lower the shipping due to multiple items from the same store. You would have happier customers who order more! ;)

I LOVE Jane! I buy all sorts of goodies for my home, my kids and myself! If I have ever had a problem with something it has immediately been taken care of. I love all the great deals they have daily! Highly recommended and I tell everyone I know about it!

Received cheap crap, contacted Tarah S. In customer service and they sent me to another company. Terrible customer service. English not great. Tried to contact Jane.com for assistance further and my emails go unanswered. TELL EVERYONE NOT TO USE THIS SITE.

I love this app and the deals on it! Such cute stuff and so affordable. The shipping is not consolidated per order though, so it ends up making good deals not so good. It would be great if they would consolidate shipping to one cost per order.
